Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)
RDC is an online remote deposit system allowing you the ability to scan and deposit checks from your place of business. This efficient deposit process is a faster way of delivering your check deposits to the bank, increasing your cash flow and allows you to spend more time on your business.
RDC gives you the flexibility to make unlimited deposits from the convenience of your office. The process is simple; log into the program from your computer, key in your deposited amount, insert the paper checks into the remote deposit machine to be imaged, the information is then sent securely to the bank and the funds are deposited into your business account.

Cash Manager (CM)
CM is available through CFB’s online banking and is an online payment solution for initiating electronic transactions (ACH) quickly, efficiently and securely.
CM saves your company both time and money by reducing the number of paper checks for expenses such as payroll and minimizes account reconciliation tasks.

* Remote Deposit Capture and Cash Manger are subject to approval. A monthly service fee will be assessed for these services. Transaction fees associated with your checking account still apply
Personal Financial Statement (PFS)
In order to better serve our clients, we are now offering a new Personal Financial Statement.
The PFS is an EXCEL Spreadsheet designed so that you can complete the form and save it on your own system if desired. This will allow you easy access and ability to update the form periodically to resubmit to Community First Bank without having to re-create the data each time from scratch.
The Spreadsheet has built-in formulas which will total many of the schedules to Page#1 of the PFS, so we suggest you first complete the various schedules and the tabs (which allow more room to provide detail) before completing section 3 on the main tab (first page of the PFS) since the totaling formulas can be overwritten.
We ask that you submit the form to Community First Bank in hard copy, since it is not designed to be saved directly on our Website (for security purposes).
