Robb Blume

President & CEO

Rob is a graduate of Butler University and has over 33 years of banking experience. He has been with Community First Bank since the bank’s inception in 2003. He first served as Chief Credit Officer and has been the bank’s President & CEO since 2013.  Robb has been involved with many community organizations through the years including United Way of Howard County Board of Directors, Kokomo CEO Board of Directors, and Kokomo Alliance Board of Directors.

Bob Hickman

Chief Credit Officer, EVP

Bob received both his Bachelor in Marketing and a Masters in Finance from Western Michigan University. He has over 30 years of experience in finance and credit. Bob has been with Community First since the founding of the bank in February 2003. He has served as a Commercial Lender and is now the Chief Credit Officer.

Bill Buchanan

Chief Financial Officer, SVP

Bill is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He became a CPA in 1984 and spent the first four years of his career in public accounting, with a focus on auditing financial institutions. Since that time, he has spent the majority of his work life in financial/accounting leadership roles in the banking industry. Bill has been employed with Community First since 2018.

Scott Hammersley

Commercial Loan Group Manager

Hamilton County

Scott is a 1991 graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He has over 27 years of banking experience both in retail and commercial banking. Scott is a member of the Ball State University Cardinal Varsity Club and Cardinal Football Alumni Association. He is also a part of the Pelatonia/One Goal-ride for Cancer research. Scott has worked with Marion County Commission on Youth (McCoy) and is a former Ambassador for Fishers Chamber of Commerce. Scott has been employed with Community First since 2019.

Kim LaFollette

Director of Retail Banking, SVP

Kim received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Kokomo and has over 20 years of banking experience. She is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado which she completed in 2018. Kim is involved with many community organizations including the Kokomo YMCA, Kokomo CEO Program, Women’s Business Council, Kokomo Area Career Center Advisory Board, and the IU Kokomo School of Business Advisory Board. She has been employed with Community First Bank since 2005.

Wendell Propes

Mortgage Department Manager, SVP

Wendell has a successful history in the financial services industry with more than 46 years of experience. Wendell is an active philanthropist, having served two four-year terms as President of the Southeastern School Corporation Board. He is a former chairman of the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk, a member of the Kokomo Early Risers Rotary Club, and has served on many different nonprofit organizations in Howard county as well as Cass county. He and his family are active with the Anoka United Methodist Church in Cass County.

Londie Davis

Human Resource Manager, VP

Londie is a graduate of Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She has been employed with CFB since 2018. Londie has served in many roles in the field of Human Resources for over 14 years. Prior to joining the Banking industry, she had experience in the Retail and Healthcare industries. She also serves as a mentor with the Bridges Outreach Program. 

Larry Rolland

Head of Investments, VP

Larry attended Wittenberg University and graduated with degrees in Political Science and Economics. He has been in the banking industry for over 37 years working in several different roles and departments. He has spent half of his career as a branch manager and small business lender & the past 18 years in financial planning. In 2007, Larry began working at Community First and helped start the Community First Investment Department. He is deeply involved in community service organizations and serves on the boards of Bridges Outreach, the Salvation Army, and Gilead House. He also serves as an advisor to the Kokomo Humane Society.

Julie Tracy

Director of IT, VP

Julie holds a BA from Wheaton College, in Wheaton IL and also a Master’s degree in Information Security from WGU Indiana. She has worked in banking for 12 years and in IT for 25 years. She currently serves as President of the board for Habitat for Humanity of Kokomo. She also serves on the board at the Family Service Association of Howard County and is involved with the Kokomo CEO Program

Bea Wiles

Chief Operating Officer, VP

Bea is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. She has been with Community First Bank since the bank started in February 2003. Bea has served in many roles in the Operations Department and is now the Chief Operating Officer.
