A pending transaction means that you have withdrawn funds, written a check that has been processed or used your debit card to make a purchase against your checking account. All transactions are processed overnight. This means that a transaction is normally pending for about one day and will post to the account on the next business day.

Please visit one of our branches to complete a change of address form. At this time, contact information changes are not accepted online.

You can order checks through Deluxe by clicking this link. Ordering checks is also available by calling our Call Center at 765-236-0600 or stop into any of the branches to order checks. You may also contact Deluxe directly at 1-800-252-3414.

You can find our current CD rates under the Personal Banking tab labeled CD/IRA. You can also find them under the Resources Tab labeled Check Rates.

At this time we do not offer an automated telephone banking service. You can reach a live call center representative at 765-236-0600. The call center is available Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. You may access your account information 24/7 through online banking.

Digital Banking Questions

Click on the forgot password link on the login screen. You will then be re-directed to enter your username on the following screen. Next you will be prompted to answer one of the security questions that was set up when you first set up online banking. If you see a security question that doesn’t look familiar to you, make sure that you are using the correct username. If you continue to have issues resetting your password, you can call the bank at 765-236-0600. You will automatically be locked out after three failed login attempts.

The Community First Mobile Banking app is free to download from your Google Pay or Apple Store. Simply search, Community First Bank of Indiana and select download. Once downloaded, use your online banking username and password to login.

Yes, Community First Bank offers a mobile app for both Apple and Android devices. Search Community First Bank of Indiana in your smartphone’s app store and download today. Mobile deposit is also available once a mobile deposit disclosure form has been read and signed by the account holder.

Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay are now supported by Community First Bank. Once you add your debit card to your mobile wallet, you will be prompted to call the bank at 765-236-0600 to verify before your card will be active and ready for use.
