During this time of extra caution due to COVID-19, Community First Bank of Indiana remains committed to the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and our surrounding communities. Effective March 18, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. all of our branches will temporarily close our lobbies to walk-in traffic. Our branches will remain fully staffed and able to assist our customers during normal business hours. Banking will still be carried out via our five drive-up locations, six 24/7 ATMs, online banking, mobile app, night depository, and in-person appointments by request (including new account openings, loan appointments, etc.).
Ultimately, this is a decision which reinforces measures taken by state and local government and we believe is in the best interest of our community.
To make an appointment for a financial service that cannot be handled through our drive-up, please reference the below phone number list. Our staff is available and eager to help our customers.
To protect our staff, in order to have an appointment you must not be showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close proximity with anyone who has tested positive for it.
We encourage you to please utilize the below options to continue banking with us uninterruptedly:
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide an update as soon as we re-open our lobbies. Our commitment to exceptional service is stronger than ever, and we thank you for allowing us to assist you.
