Updated Drive-Up Hours During COVID-19 Precaution

Beginning March 25, Community First Bank of Indiana (CFB) will temporarily be closing the Junction Crossing branch (381 S Junction Crossing, Westfield, IN 46074) to all appointments and drive-up services to help our staff respect social distancing due to COVID-19. CFB will also be shortening drive-up and appointment hours at all other branches to 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday (Saturday hours available at Oak Ridge branch in Westfield and Dixon branch in Kokomo only). For a full list of locations, please visit www.cfbindiana.com/Locations.

At this time, no CFB employee has tested positive for COVID-19. We are simply taking extra precautions to help best position the bank to be able to continuously serve our customers and allow our employees to be able to stay home with family members if needed.

Since banks are considered an essential business based on the latest Indiana Governor Executive Order (https://coronavirus.in.gov/2496.htm), we are pleased to remain open and ready to serve our customers. Banking will continue to be carried out via our four open drive-up locations, six 24/7 ATMs, online banking, mobile app, night depository, and in-person appointments by request (including new account openings, loan appointments, etc.).

To protect our staff, in order to have an appointment you must not be showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently been in close proximity with anyone who has tested positive for it.

Our Customer Service Call Center will remain fully staffed and available Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at (765) 236–0600.
